Protection and Preservation
Our Receivership and Referee Assignments Include:

- Take possession and control of real properties and oversee day to day management, leasing and disposition

- Identify and address health & safety issues
- Collect all accounts receivable and all future rents
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and care of the properties
- Create and implement management, leasing, repair, and disposition strategies, as approved by the federal and superior courts
- Prepare detailed monthly accounting of income, expenses, and feesexpenses, and fees
