Bianca Suchter: Director of Operations

Bianca Suchter is a dynamic Marketing Executive and Project Management Consultant with over 15 years of award-winning experience. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at RMC Realty Advisors, Bianca specializes in project management for commercial and residential real estate portfolios, with her most notable and recent project being located just outside of Downtown Los Angeles in Skid Row, where she successfully oversaw the rehabilitation of 28 low-income, multi-unit housing projects.  Her strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail served her well on this large, challenging project.

Previously, Bianca held multiple senior marketing roles at Nestlé USA, where she led initiatives for iconic brands such as Coffee Mate, Stouffer’s, and Butterfinger. She was instrumental in launching Starbucks Creamers under the Global Coffee Alliance and earned a Bronze Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity for her work on “The Cookbook You Can Cook” for Stouffer’s. Her innovative leadership brought new product categories to life and drove hundreds of millions in incremental revenue.

Bianca holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) in Finance from the College of William and Mary.
