Rick Marquis: Founder and President
Richard Marquis is a veteran Commercial Real Estate Executive with over 30 years of experience in asset and portfolio management, property operations, leasing, and sales of office, retail, multi-family, and industrial sectors. As President of RMC Realty Advisors, LLC, he oversees asset management, receivership and partition referee assignments, and due diligence services. He and his team have consistently driven value through strategic oversight of operations, leasing, capital improvements, and financing structure.
Over his career, Mr. Marquis has managed, rehabilitated, sold, and/or transitioned real properties valued at over $500 Million, including a landmark transformation of a 28 building, 2,080-unit low-income multifamily portfolio outside of Downtown Los Angeles in Skid Row. His earlier roles include leadership positions with Crown Realty and Development, Empire Commercial Real Estate, and American Realty Advisors, where he directed large-scale portfolios and executed critical repositioning and leasing strategies.
A CPA and licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker in the State of California, Rick holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Business Administration (cum laude) from California State University, Northridge. He is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Southern California Real Estate Association (SCREA), Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE), and the California Receivers Forum.
