  • Sustained 100% occupancy and collected 100% of office rents and 90% of retail rents during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Capital Improvement Projects

  • Façade Restoration: Managed a comprehensive exterior renovation project totaling $887,385, including major restoration and painting of historic decorative concrete. Implemented a long-term preventative maintenance program post-completion.
  • Elevator Modernization: Oversaw the modernization of passenger and freight elevator control systems in the office portion of the property, with a project budget of $668,419.
